We accept returns within 14 days of ship date. Items must be unworn with all original tags attached. When trying apparel, please be mindful of makeup, skincare, or hair products. Items returned with stains or visible wear are not eligible for refund. Makeup, nail polish, fragrances, and candles are not eligible for return or exchange.
We are happy to provide a return shipping label at a flat $8 fee. This fee will be automatically deducted once your return has been processed. Incorrect shipments or items with a manufacturer's defect will be refunded in full. Exchanges are free! To request an exchange, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org or call 678-732-0098 to speak with a stylist about product availability. We are here to advise!
Our team processes returns Mon-Fri, 8a-5p EST (excluding major holidays). After submitting an online return request, you will receive a shipping label via email within 2 days. Once your return has arrived back in our store, please allow our team 2 business days to process your refund.
Once your order ships, you will receive an email containing your tracking number. If for any reason you have not received your shipping confirmation email and your order date is past 5 business days please let us know by emailing email@example.com or calling 678.732.0098. We will be happy to find out what exactly is going on with your order.
All in-stock items typically ship within 1-2 business days via USPS MAIL. You should receive an email once your item has shipped along with tracking info. It may take some time for the post office to scan and receive it.
Yes! International orders ship via the postal service. You may incur import duties or other customs fees depending on your country of residence. We can't keep track of these, and are not responsible if your order gets held up in customs. If you do not see your country available in the shipping options, please send us an email and we can most likely add it.
