Returns & Exchanges

RETURNS POLICIES
We accept returns within 14 days of ship date. Items must be unworn with all original tags attached. When trying apparel, please be mindful of makeup, skincare, or hair products. Items returned with stains or visible wear are not eligible for refund. Makeup, nail polish, fragrances, and candles are not eligible for return or exchange.

RATES
We are happy to provide a return shipping label at a flat $8 fee. This fee will be automatically deducted once your return has been processed. Incorrect shipments or items with a manufacturer's defect will be refunded in full. Exchanges are free! To request an exchange, please email us at customerservice@adaraonline.com or call 678-732-0098 to speak with a stylist about product availability. We are here to advise!

PROCESSING
Our team processes returns Mon-Fri, 8a-5p EST (excluding major holidays). After submitting an online return request, you will receive a shipping label via email within 2 days. Once your return has arrived back in our store, please allow our team 2 business days to process your refund.
